Orientation

All Core staffing personnel’s are guided through a comprehensive orientation process designed to ensure potential candidates review all documentation and are committed to our Quality Assurance guidelines. This orientation is developed to ensure staff compliance with Occupational Health & Safety Guidelines, WHMIS, Risk Management, Clients Privacy Policy, Code of Conduct and client Quality Assurance expectations.

Ongoing performance reviews are conducted with all staff members.  Performance reviews are an avenue to provide employees with feedback on their strengths and any challenges related to job performance in order to facilitate improvements.
